REAL ASSET Launches AESTIQ Thonglor, an Ultimate Luxury Condominium Worth 4.2 Billion Baht

“REAL ASSET Development” builds on the success of LAVIQ Sukhumvit 57 and moves forward to create a new luxury brand, “AESTIQ Thonglor,” an Ultimate Luxury condominium to become a new Iconic Landmark on the Thonglor location, under the concept “A Reflection of you,” an aesthetic that reflects who you are. Mr. Nuttaporn Klunruangsang, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Business Strategy Division, REAL ASSET Development Co., Ltd., discussed the details of the AESTIQ Thonglor project, stating that this project is an Ultimate Luxury condominium on the high-potential Thonglor location under the concept “A Reflection of you,” an aesthetic that reflects who you are. It is located on land of 1-3-88.9 rai and developed as one 40-storey high-rise building with 203 units and parking for 220 cars.

The project offers special units with prices starting from only 8.99 million baht, or starting from approximately 269,000 baht per square meter. The project develops 4 types of units to choose from: 1-bedroom units with usable area of 33-52 square meters, 127 units, or 64%; 2-bedroom units with usable area of 76-119 square meters, 56 units, or 25%; 3-bedroom units with usable area of 131-158 square meters, 18 units, or 10%; and penthouse units with usable area of 289-297 square meters, 2 units, or 1%. Construction is expected to begin around May 2019 and be completed around December 2021.


The highlight of the project is the building design, with a curved Façade and Curtain Wall glass on the Thonglor Road side, reflecting the building form to create a new Iconic Landmark that conveys a Futuristic character inspired by the world of the future, the first of its kind in Thailand.
