LAVIQ Sukhumvit 57, a luxury condominium project in the heart of Sukhumvit, held an auspicious foundation ceremony on the morning of March 16, 2017, to begin building construction.
The ceremony was attended by Sakulthorn Juangroongruangkit, Chairman, Nattaporn Klanruangsang, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Housing and Condominium Business, along with staff of REAL ASSET Development Co., Ltd.
The project is located near BTS Thonglor station and currently has achieved over 75% sales. It has also passed the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA).
