TOA signs agreement on the use of paint products with REAL ASSET DEVELOPMENT
Mr. Prakorn Mekjumrearn, Managing Director of TOA Paint (Thailand) Public Company Limited, together with Mr. Bodintorn Juangroongruangkit, Chief Executive Officer of REAL ASSET DEVELOPMENT Co., Ltd., have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for the use of TOA paint products in REAL ASSET’s construction projects for the year 2019.
The agreement covers four residential projects with a total value of 4,150 million baht: VIRANYA Wongwaen – Onnut, VIRANYA Bangna – Suvarnabhumi, SENSE Bangna – Suvarnabhumi, and SENSE Saimai 56.
The signing ceremony was also attended by Mr. Weerachai Hanjariyakul, Director of Housing and Commercial Strategy Division, and Mr. Ittipon Temamornsap, at REAL ASSET DEVELOPMENT headquarters. This collaboration reflects a shared commitment between TOA and REAL ASSET to deliver high-quality residential projects using premium materials that ensure durability, aesthetics, and long-term value for homeowners.
