NEVERLAND: A Home Designed for Longevity and Well-being

NEVERLAND is more than just a place to live — it is where you can spend more precious time with your loved ones. Studies show that one of the most important factors for a long, healthy life is the environment you live in. Inspired by the concept of Blue Zones — regions where people enjoy exceptional health and longevity — NEVERLAND is thoughtfully designed to promote holistic well-being for every resident.

The Vision of NEVERLAND

Our mission is to enrich your quality of life from the very first step inside. From fresh air and green spaces to carefully chosen home materials, every detail is designed around five pillars of wellness:

  1. Encouraging regular exercise
  2. Supporting positive mental health
  3. Promoting nutritious eating habits
  4. Strengthening family connections
  5. Providing access to trusted medical experts

At NEVERLAND, these values are seamlessly woven into every aspect of the community to deliver a healthier, happier lifestyle.

Believing a better you is possible.

Ever Active

It is widely recognized that exercise is one of the most important foundations of good health. Staying active benefits both body and mind — it sharpens the brain, helps prevent chronic diseases, reduces cancer risks, supports weight control, and improves sleep quality.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), everyone should engage in at least 150–300 minutes of light exercise per week, or 75–150 minutes of vigorous activity per week. Exercise does not have to be complicated — walking, household chores, and any movement that keeps the body active all count.

In Blue Zones communities, seniors naturally integrate movement into their everyday lives. They walk long distances to visit friends, do housework, or grow vegetables in their backyard gardens. For example, in Sardinia, Italy, many families are shepherds. They walk uphill daily to take their sheep to graze, turning physical activity into a natural, sustainable lifestyle. Researchers believe this is one of the key reasons Sardinia has the highest number of men living beyond 100 years in the world.

With this inspiration, the Ever Active concept in NEVERLAND is designed to encourage regular exercise for everyone. We provide diverse spaces that allow residents to engage in various sports, a 24-hour fitness center with advanced equipment, and community workout events. In addition, residents enjoy exclusive privileges and programs that support long-term health and vitality.

Ever Smile

It is nearly impossible to escape stress in today’s fast-paced urban lifestyle. External factors and unexpected problems can easily turn a good day into one filled with frustration and fatigue. When stress occurs, the brain releases a hormone called cortisol — its role is to activate the body’s “fight-or-flight” response, keeping us alert and ready to handle danger. This evolutionary function boosts brain performance, blood circulation, and muscle activity to improve survival in emergencies such as accidents, disasters, or physical conflict.

However, cortisol also suppresses non-essential body functions during stressful moments, such as digestion, the immune system, and growth hormones. While short-term stress may not be harmful, chronic stress weakens the body over time, increasing vulnerability to serious diseases. In fact, prolonged stress is considered a major trigger of many health problems.

In every Blue Zones community around the world, long-lived and disease-free individuals share similar traits: they have a positive outlook on life, spiritual or mental anchors, clear dreams and goals, supportive neighbors, and safe environments. Their simple lifestyle allows them to live free of unnecessary stress.

For example, in Ikaria, Greece, some of the world’s longest-living people are not wealthy city dwellers but mountain villagers living close to nature. They enjoy fresh air, live without rushing, and often take afternoon naps. Research by Professor Nadine Häusler, Ph.D., in Switzerland revealed that napping for 15–45 minutes once or twice per week can reduce stress, improve memory, and lower the risk of heart disease and stroke by up to 48%.

At NEVERLAND, we believe mental well-being is the foundation of good health. We want you to smile with peace of mind every day. That is why our project integrates innovations that enhance comfort, reduce stress, and ensure the safety of your family. From IoT smart home systems and advanced security solutions to clean air technology, everything is designed to help you live with ease, joy, and greater peace of mind.

Ever Green

Nutrition is one of the most important foundations of good health. Our bodies require essential nutrients and should avoid foods that may cause long-term harm. Research has shown that consuming certain types of food in large amounts over time can increase the risk of serious illnesses. Processed meats, for example, are strongly linked to tumors and cancer. In fact, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) Thailand ranks tumors as the leading cause of death among Thai people.

On the other hand, plant-based diets are proven to be beneficial and among the safest options. Studies from top universities around the world confirm that eating more vegetables and reducing meat intake significantly lowers the risk of cardiovascular disease, cancer, and other chronic illnesses. This is why plant-based eating has become increasingly popular in recent years.

In Okinawa, Japan, where more than 80,000 people live past the age of 100, the daily diet is made up of mostly vegetables, while meat accounts for only 2% of total nutrition. Many of these centenarians grow their own vegetables at home — gardening not only provides fresh, safe produce but also doubles as a form of physical activity.

In reality, many traditional Thai dishes are naturally rich in nutrients because they use herbs and local vegetables that strengthen immunity and help treat illness. Ingredients like ginger, galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime, onion, lime, basil, chili, and eggplant are easy to grow in Thailand and are part of the country’s food heritage.

At NEVERLAND, we promote a healthier lifestyle by encouraging residents to consume more plant-based, chemical-free produce grown within the community. Our design emphasizes edible gardens and herb plantations that residents can share and enjoy together. Seasonal plants such as chili, galangal, lemongrass, morning glory, and basil can be grown year-round and used in countless Thai dishes. In the future, we aim to make plant-based living even more accessible to our community.

Ever Love

Did you know that the quality of your relationships is one of the strongest predictors of good health and longevity?

A famous Harvard Medical School study led by Dr. Robert Waldinger followed the lives of 724 individuals over eight decades. The results revealed that longevity was not determined by wealth, career, or social class but by the quality of close relationships — with partners, family, and friends. Those surrounded by love and supportive relationships lived healthier, happier, and longer lives.

In contrast, people who live in isolation or face constant conflict in their relationships often experience shorter lifespans and weaker health. Loneliness and lack of meaningful connections negatively affect both mental and physical health. One reason may be that loved ones inspire us to take better care of ourselves. Another is that good relationships trigger the release of oxytocin, a “happiness hormone” that reduces stress, eases anxiety, and boosts immunity.

In Blue Zones around the world, this same pattern emerges. People over 100 years old often maintain close ties with family and friends, spend time together regularly, or live in multi-generational households. In Okinawa, Japan, there is even a cultural belief in lifelong friendships formed in childhood, nurtured through frequent gatherings, and strengthened by living near one another. In Sardinia, Italy and Nicoya, Costa Rica, seniors are highly respected for their wisdom and life experience, making them valued members of society and giving them a sense of purpose that contributes to their longevity.

Inspired by these findings, NEVERLAND is designed to strengthen family bonds and community connections. Our homes and shared spaces encourage interaction across generations, creating warm and supportive environments where love and care can thrive within every family.

Ever Care

Throughout human history, advances in science and medicine have significantly extended life expectancy. Less than 150 years ago, the average human lifespan was under 30 years, with infant mortality, infectious diseases, and accidents being the leading causes of early death.

Today, thanks to modern medical progress, survival rates have improved dramatically — reducing premature deaths by more than 2.5 times compared to the past. As a result, global life expectancy has rapidly increased over the last 50 years. In Thailand, the average life expectancy reached 77 years in 2019.

While healthy lifestyle practices play an essential role in well-being, access to modern healthcare ensures that people can better understand, prevent, and manage health risks. Trusted medical knowledge also helps reduce premature mortality and empowers individuals to take control of their health.

REAL ASSET recognizes the importance of medical advancements in building healthier communities. That’s why we partner with leading hospitals and healthcare providers to introduce innovative health programs. By sharing this knowledge with our staff and residents, we aim to enhance the quality of life and deliver better health-focused living across all our projects.
